Talk with Alexandre Estrela, Luiza Teixeira de Freitas and Patrícia Mourão

On Tuesday, 2nd of April Pivô presents a talk with the artist Alexandre Estrela with curator Luiza Teixeira de Freitas and film critic Patrícia Mourão mediated by Camila Bechelany wrapping the solo show Volta Grande. The discussion will depart from Estrela’s practice within film and photography and the relationship between matter, images, and perception. The artist researches around the work and life of the filmmaker Humberto Mauro in relation to his recent pieces presented at Pivô will also be discussed.
